We are excited to announce the successful sale of all three outparcels at Broadstone Station, a prominent residential mixed-use development located at the busy intersection of US 1 and NC 55 in Apex, NC. Anchored by a Walmart Supercenter and over 600 residential units, Broadstone Station has proven to be a prime location for commercial growth.
David Batten, Vice President and Broker-in-Charge at APG, along with Geoff Loftin, Vice President, represented the seller in these significant transactions throughout 2024.
- August 2024: Lot 10A, a 5.7-acre outparcel fronting Apex Peakway, sold for $2M ($350,877/acre) to a hotel developer. The site is planned for a hospitality and retail mixed-use development.
- March 2024: Lot 8, a 2.15-acre parcel, sold for $2.15M ($1,075,000/acre) to a Greensboro-based developer. This site will feature a retail neighborhood center.

The seller, Kite Realty Group, a leading public REIT headquartered in Indianapolis, is one of the largest U.S. owner-operators of open-air shopping centers and mixed-use properties.
These sales reflect the growing demand for strategic commercial spaces in Apex, and we are proud to have facilitated these key transactions.
