Passage Home serves Wake County
Passage Home, founded in 1991, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in Wake County. Through housing, workforce development and tailored support for veterans and children in families experiencing homelessness, Passage Home empowers individuals and families to achieve multigenerational self-sufficiency. Headquartered in Raleigh’s South Park neighborhood, the organization manages nearly 100 affordable housing units and serves as Wake County’s Community Action Agency (CAA), part of a nationwide network addressing poverty. With a holistic approach, Passage Home provides personalized case management and focuses on stability, long-term goal-setting and addressing the Social Determinants of Health to create lasting change in the community.
