James brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience to the APG team. With a background in property management, brokerage, asset management, investment syndication and development, he provides a broad skill set. James facilitates investor relations, new acquisitions and asset management for APG’s diverse portfolio. His responsibilities also include: strategic planning, business development, corporate philanthropy and being a lead ambassador for APG Companies. As a Raleigh native, James draws upon his extensive local network, market knowledge, and experience to provide APG’s clients with the highest quality service and superior returns.
