Mike has over twenty-five years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Mike spent several years developing and rehabbing low-income properties in Wilmington DE, before moving to Charlotte NC, where he owned rental properties in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Mike recently came to APG Advisors after spending the last three years managing Office and Medical space for Highwoods Properties. Mike also assisted in the sale of eight core buildings while at Highwoods and then helped facilitate the transition of management for the new owners.
Mike has a strong business and IT background, having worked in both the IT industry, as well as banking. He manages a portfolio of office, industrial and retail space. His duties include monthly reporting, budgeting, planning and supervising interior fit ups as well as tenant and vendor relations.
