Mary Jane “MJ” Parker leads a dynamic and versatile marketing team that supports the brokerage and specialty groups of APG Advisors, APG Development, and APG Capital. Her team specializes in creating impactful print and digital marketing materials, including tailored brochures, BOVs, and offering memoranda, as well as pipeline and listing management, property positioning strategies, and client reporting.
In addition to overseeing the team’s efforts, MJ develops and executes digital, email, and direct mail marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results. She provides comprehensive research and reporting to all practice groups and senior leadership, delivering market data and insights at regional, local, and submarket levels. MJ is a regular contributor to APG-sponsored blog posts, white papers, and articles featured in regional CRE periodicals.
Before joining APG, MJ served as Vice President for a privately owned group of specialty finance companies focused on land and resort development across the U.S. A transplant from the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts, she relocated to Raleigh in 2015.
