David Stroud of APG Advisors recently represented the landlord in a large industrial lease with the USPS.
The United States Postal Services has leased the entirety of the first spec building in the master-planned Liberty Point Industrial Park in Fayetteville, NC; a 178,200 square foot distribution facility. The building is under construction with delivery scheduled for September. USPS move-in date is planned for October.
When completed, Liberty Point will contain four industrial buildings – a total of 1.15 million square feet. Construction on spec Building 2, a 139,500 square foot industrial building, is now underway. Delivery is planned for Q2 of 2022.
