Jim Anthony Presents at the 2023 National ULI Conference in Los Angeles

Over 5,000 professionals from public, private and non-profit sectors gathered in L.A. for the 2023 ULI National Conference to examine infrastructure, land use and real estate decisions of the 21^st century.

Jim Anthony:

“From October 30 until November 2, I was privileged to attend my first ULI national conference in Los Angeles. I was also privileged to be a presenter underneath the banner of the “Homeless to Housed” initiative of the Urban Land Institute. My talk was given in conjunction with Philip Payne of Lotus Campaign, who discovered our housing solution that we are working in Raleigh North Carolina. Our solution, which we presented at three different times during the conference, is quite simple. We believe that recreational vehicle trailers placed on urban land are the most efficient way to provide housing anywhere that can be reached with electricity, water, and sewer. Of course one needs a road to get there too! All of our presentations were well received with great enthusiasm from passionate advocates for housing solutions that can be delivered quickly and safely at a low price.”
