David Divine closed $51 million in total deal volume in the category of Industrial, Office and Retail Sales; ten properties featuring a combined 290,580 square feet.
David Stroud provided landlord representation in multiple high profile Industrial Lease deals, including 178,000 square feet of distribution space leased to USPS in Fayetteville; 188,000 square feet of industrial space leased to FedEx Ground in Knightdale, and 100,000 square feet of warehouse space in Wilson, leased to Implus Footcare.
Frank Quinn was recognized as a top producer in Land Sales, having represented the Seller in the sale of 14.25 acres of development land in Durham, priced at $446,467 per acre.
David Batten, also recognized as a top producer in Land Sales, closed a combined $6.95 million in land deals including the 79-acre site in Mebane where Chick-fil-A is building a new distribution center.
