David Divine’s seller representation, alongside Rick Polley and Daniel Walser for the sale of Schmid Plaza in Anderson, SC was a feature transaction of the year. Schmid Plaza is a Class B, 110,000 square foot fully-conditioned industrial facility that sold for $7.07 million in September of 2023. The single tenant building was 100% leased at the time of sale.
Another highlight transaction of 2023 was the sale of 3095 Gresham Lake Rd in Northeast Raleigh. David Batten provided seller representation in the sale of this 10.5-acre land tract that sold for $235,714 per acre to a renowned affordable housing developer with plans to develop the site for 230 units.
Top honors go to David Stroud, APG’s Broker of the Year 2023! David provided seller representation and landlord representation in multiple deals with a combined gross transaction value of $18.4 million. Of note was the sale of 810 Tom Starling Road in Fayetteville, a 35,838 SF industrial facility located south of downtown just off of I-95. The site and location were highly sought after and multiple offers were submitted. The property closed in Q2 of 2023 for $2.68 million. Separately, David provided landlord representation in the lease of 26,000+ SF industrial space to FedEx Ground at the East Point facility located at 8001 Knightdale Blvd in Knightdale.
