David Stroud

David Stroud began his real estate career with Colliers ABR in New York City (now Cushman & Wakefield) leasing Class-A office space throughout Manhattan with clients including Bank of New York, SBLI USA, and Nortel Networks. David and his team at Colliers represented buildings such as 623 Fifth Avenue, formerly the Swiss Bank Building, a 475,000 square-foot Class A building in the Rockefeller Center.

In 2006, David returned to North Carolina to work with NAI Carolantic on some of the largest land and industrial transactions throughout the state. David earned multiple Million Dollar awards from the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors for his impressive regional track record of industrial sales and leasing. Throughout his 14-year career, David has leased and sold up to 2 Million square feet of commercial properties.

With APG Advisors, David continues to be an industry leader in the land and industrial sectors from the Triad region to the coast. David works with both developers and land owners to assemble and acquire sites for future developments. His unique experience and deep professional network have bolstered his success rate in a diverse assortment of transactions. David takes pride in his long-term relationships, and specializes in developing and sustaining robust results for his clients. Currently, David is pursuing his CCIM designation and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
