Michael Wildenberg, RPA

Michael is Senior Property Manager for APG Advisors. He has over 38 years of real estate and property management experience across all types of properties.

Michael manages a diverse portfolio of properties including commercial, retail, Property Owners Associations and industrial buildings. His duties include: day to day operations, monthly reporting, budgeting, assisting the leasing agents, supervising construction and interior fit ups, contract preparation, as well as tenant relations, rent collections and plan review / approvals and property owner communications.

Through careful attention to detail and a close working relationships with vendors, contractors, owners and tenants, Michael controls expenses, maximizes income and provides superior returns on investment for property owners.

Michael has held numerous positions as member of the Board and officer of Co-ops and Condominium Associations.  He is treasurer of Homeowners association of 455 homes
