Noreen Tompkins

Ms. Tompkins brings over 20 years of project management, office administration and human resource management experience to our team.  Her background includes day-to-day project coordination and communication responsibilities within the organizational planning and human resources consulting industry and the real estate industry.  The past 15 years of her career have been spent coordinating real estate transactions to include the administrative processes of document preparation, contract negotiation, tracking and closing.  She acted as a liaison to the professional community involved in these transactions including attorneys, lenders, government and media. 

In addition, she has a solid background in supporting CEOs and providing office management and human resource management to growing companies.  She effectively recruits, screens and sets up onboarding for all levels of employees.  She is committed to finding the best and most qualified employees while upholding both the spirit and principles of diversity, equality and inclusion in the workforce.

Originally from Connecticut, she, her husband and four children have resided in North Carolina since 1991.
