Susanne Bailey joined APG Advisors in September 2022. As Marketing and Administrative Coordinator, she provides administrative, research, and marketing support to senior leadership teams and practice groups specializing in Land Advisory, Land Development, Commercial Investment Sales, Industrial Sales and Leasing, Office Occupier and Landlord Services, as well as the unique real estate needs of Non-Profits.
Originally from Texas, she relocated to Raleigh in 2003. Susanne joins the team after spending the last 29 years in Sales and Marketing. Her last role was Customer Success Manager for A Place for Mom. Prior she spent 19 years with Cadbury Schweppes in multiple roles and 10 years as Marketing Manager for Pepsi Bottling Company of North Carolina in Raleigh.
In her spare time, Susanne enjoys church, camping, spending time in the mountains, reading, and traveling. She has traveled to Paris France, and Japan and is planning her next trip overseas for 2023.
Susanne has a passion for community service and dedicates her time off to work with the Food Pantry and Oak City Cares.
