Bob Touchton provided landlord representation in the leasing of 23,550 square-feet at 1305 W. Club Blvd in Durham, a school building originally built in 1940 that underwent renovations in 2018. The incoming tenant is Healthy Start Academy, an independent charter school. The property is situated just outside downtown Durham, in a neighborhood seeing several new development and redevelopment projects of late.
David Batten and David Divine provided seller representation in the recent sale of 4.52 acres of development land at 8700 Wadford Road in North Raleigh. The site sold for $1.57M, or $348,450 per acre. The buyer was DC-based developer, Lock 7 Development, which is developing the property for 55 townhomes.
