APG Celebrates David Stroud’s Outstanding Achievements in being named CoStar Q3 2023 Power Broker and APG Dealmaker of the Month for November.
Congratulations to David Stroud for being named a CoStar Q3 2023 Power Broker for Industrial Leasing in the Raleigh-Durham market. David received recognition for his landlord representation of 7516 Precision Drive, a conveniently located Flex-R&D property in ACC Park that is now fully leased.
David is also APG’s top broker for the month of November after closing three deals. The highlight transaction is the $4.1M sale of 3014 Thurston Ave in Greensboro, a 59,456-square foot single-tenant building on 4.9 acres, that David and Rick Polley brokered to a new owner-occupier.
