APG Advisors congratulates Geoff Loftin for brokering the sale of the DoubleTree Hilton, known as the Brownstone Hotel before undergoing renovations in 2011, in a deal worth over $40 million. Geoff represented the buyer, Core Spaces, who plans to demolish the 190-room hotel that was built in 1966 and build luxury student housing in its place. Geoff previously represented Core Spaces in the purchase of Stanhope Apartments.
