As global brokerage firms across the country gobble up their affiliates in smaller markets, at least one group in North Carolina’s Triangle has decided to revert to independent status.
Jim Anthony chose not to renew his brokerage firm’s agreement to be Colliers International’s affiliate in Raleigh, North Carolina, instead leading his firm back to being an independent company. The real estate services firm, founded by Anthony in 1983, has been rebranded as APG Advisors.
